By using SapphireX AI, you agree to these terms.

1. WHAT WE DO

We build AI automation systems that help businesses capture leads, book appointments, and grow revenue.

2. YOUR ACCOUNT

- You must be 18+ and authorized to represent your business

- Keep your login secure

- Provide accurate information

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

Don't use our services to:

- Break any laws

- Spam or harass people

- Impersonate others

- Do anything harmful

4. PAYMENT

- Pricing as agreed in your contract

- Pay invoices within 30 days

- Full refund available within first 30 days if you're not satisfied

- No refunds after the first month

5. OUR RELATIONSHIP

- We're an independent contractor, not your employee

- You own your data, we own our technology

- We can both end service with 30 days notice

6. LIMITS OF LIABILITY

Our services are provided "as is." We're not responsible for lost profits or indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to what you paid us.

7. GENERAL

These terms are governed by Florida law. If we need to enforce these terms, the losing party pays legal fees.
