4. META PLATFORM DATA COLLECTION

When you message businesses using our AI assistant:

  • Your messages initiate automated AI responses for customer service

  • We process conversation data to provide relevant business responses

  • We do not build or augment user profiles without explicit consent

  • You can opt-out anytime by replying "STOP" or "No more messages"

5. USER CONSENT FOR META INTEGRATION

Before connecting Meta accounts, we obtain explicit consent for:

  • Accessing your business messaging data

  • Processing customer conversations for AI responses

  • Storing conversation history for service improvement

  • You can withdraw consent anytime through your account settings

6. DATA SOURCES AND STORAGE

We integrate with and store data using:

  • Social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp)

  • Communication tools (email, SMS, voice)

  • CRM and automation platforms

  • Cloud databases and analytics tools

7. DATA RETENTION

  • Active client data: Maintained during service

  • Conversation data: kept while the client account is active and deleted 12 months after inactivity, unless law requires longer retention

9. OPT-OUT MECHANISMS

  • All automated responses will cease immediately

  • Your opt-out preference is permanently honored

  • We monitor stop‑words automatically; once received we immediately stop messaging but keep a minimal ID record to honour the opt‑out.

For business clients:

  • Contact us to disconnect Meta integrations

  • Request deletion of all Meta-related data

  • Withdraw consent for profile building/augmentation

10. SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect all data, including Meta platform data with enhanced encryption.

11. YOUR RIGHTS

  • Access your data

  • Withdraw Meta platform consent

  • To request deletion (including Meta IDs) email us at Ispanyol@sapphirexai.org with subject line ‘Delete My Data’ and we’ll erase or anonymise your Meta data within 30 days.

We may update this policy. Continued use means acceptance. Major changes affecting Meta integration will require re-consent.
